Job Description:
As an International Business Development Manager / Executive, you are at the
front line of the sales process, interacting and engaging prospects in a
dialogue about the company’s solutions at Fortune 1000 companies in the US.
Unlike other inside sales positions that mainly focus on IT functions, as an NBR at the company, you will be creating the foundation for the sales
process by expanding the vast network of executive contacts in the areas of
Sales, HR, Finance, and other related business functions. In addition, you
will be engaging with executives at multiple levels, helping uncover as well as create new opportunities, and generating early-stage dialogues with
prospective companies.
Responsibilities:
The International Business Developement Executive position is a great
stepping-stone for advancing your career in sales. You would be based in our India office at Pune. Unlike typical telesales or inside sales positions,our International Business Development executive position offers several unique aspects.
-One-on-one working relationship with senior executives each with over 10
years of experience in sales compensation and overall sales
-Targeted list of companies to focus on, no need to prospect for companies
-Opportunity to interact with high profile executives at Fortune 1000
companies
-You have an opportunity to engage multilevel executives and be part of high
level conversation with VPs, CXOs
-Opportunity to be involved in advanced level discussions setup by team
members with prospective senior executives

deal with executives from multiple areas and how to adjust your messages
accordingly

campaigns

Desired Candidate Profile:
The International Business Development Executive MUST have:
-1 - 3 years of full time work experience in business to business sales
-Experience in the U.S. or European markets.
-Experience in end - to - end sales.
-Experience dealing with executive levels (Director and/or VP)
-Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
-Must be highly motivated, competitive, and a self-starter
-Demonstrated telephone etiquette
-Ability to communicate and cooperate in a team sales environment
-Superior writing skills
-Any Graduate degree
