He will be mainly responsible for—
- Issue Resolution and coordination
- Evaluation of SAP usage and Monitoring
- GAP Analysis and Action to fill the gap
- SAP Support to End user – First hand help to end users
- Increase usage of un-used functionalities
- End user Training & E-Learning
Basically to increase the response time and resolution time for SAP Issues.You all are requested kindly take a note of this....
