Last Phase of Intervw with Dr. Verma - LG India

Dear all,

I have been selected for the last Director - HR intervw with Dr. Verma for LG India on 30th Sept. Please guide me to get through that phase.

Is there had been rejections at this last phase or not...

ya there were few rejections at this level.he vl ask u very simple questions like tell me bot urself,ur 2-3 good qualities,why should i select u,ur 2-3 strenghths and 1 weekness.b prepared with these questions in advance nd dont mess up in the final interview.go with +ve frame of mind.ur pitch shud b high.lg offers u a profile which requires high stress handling capacity.he vl judge these qualities of urs on the basis of ur answers nd the way u present urself.all the best
