Job Description:

Experience with projects/processes including requirement definition, Use case development, Process and data analysis & project management

1) Meet with process owners to assess tools to gather data, validate and analyze data and develop recommendations related to IT efficiency and effectiveness
2) Perform analysis and develop technology deliverable's appropriate to the specific process engagement
3) Depending on project size, assign work to delivery personnel, establish and maintain schedules, control project timelines and integrate individual work into a coherent and quality deliverable
4) Conduct domain training session for the process/ project teams

Skills/Competencies:

1) 7 - 9 yrs of IT experience, preferably from Financial Domain
2) BE/BTech/MCA/MBA qualified
3) IT Consulting experience desirable
4) Understanding of Financial domain, preferably capital markets and investment banking
5) Good understanding of broad range of technologies
6) Experience with data and process analysis methodologies
7) Data and process mapping, data validation and testing
8) Excellent written and verbal communication skills
9) Strong analytical skills and listening skills
